SO 1577719 why line 10 and 20 has different ATP delivery.

For item 20 initially the plant was 0110 where the procurement type is E (Internal). The proposed delivery is calculated based on RLT which is 60 days (consider only working days) ie 10/22/2013. Then the plant was changed to 9010 where the procurement type is External, the date should be 9/20/2013. But as 10/22/2013 is greater than 9/20/2013 , the system has not changed the date to 9/20.
